Good location, 10 minutes walk from marques de pombal subway station. Amoreiras shopping center not far from the hotel. We loved flamingo.

Good location, close to Avenida da Liberdade. Simple hotel-right choice for those who are keen on sightseeing and view hotel only as a place for sleeping. Room is good.
Not very friendly staff. No AC and when open the window, it's getting too noisy coz the room overlooks the busy cty street. A bit too small bathroom - may be inconvenient for big people. Dull bfast-very limited choice of food and no variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location near the main coach station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and taking day trips.
All was great, no complaints.

Excellent location near the metro and bus stops, which facilitates city tours: city centre is 2 stops away. Staff are happy to assist with information and services. Clean and convenient room. Excellent value for money!
Breakfast is continental plus scrambled eggs, and is good. I missed the vegetables... WiFi is expensive, 5 eur per hour: could be free...

I had a great stay at this hotel! the staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and had a really clean tiled bathroom, which was a nice touch. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the main coach station, making it ideal for doing trips around the city. Plus, the breakfast included was a nice bonus.
Everything was just fine, no complaints at all.

Well-located near Avenida da Liberdade & metro. Clean room with spacious bathroom. Convenient for hop on hop off bus & cheap nearby parking. Friendly staff. Room stands out from the rest of the complex with unique style.

the hotel staff allowed me to check in an hour early and were very very helpful.
check out was very slow in the morning and took over 20 minutes and the bathroom had a funny smell, i didn't mention anything as it was only in the bathroom, i think there was a drainage problem in a connecting building?

Maybe the variety of dishes for breakfast... as there was no yoghurt or similar products served for breakfast.

Absolutely loved my Christmas stay here! The perfect budget hotel, offering en-suite bathrooms and even breakfast included for a great price. The location was a winner, with easy access to the metro and all the main plazas to enjoy the city’s stunning architecture. The room was clean and well equipped, and the AC worked fabulously, providing excellent sleep quality. We also enjoyed the well-stocked mini-fridge and the bonus of cable TV with channels in multiple languages.
The cramped bathroom. Although we are small-sized individuals, it was even hard for us to use the toilet.
